For staff rooms where security is required internally and externally. Once the door is shut key entry/exit is required.

The latch is operated by key from the corridor side of the door and from inside the room

The bowling ball is fixed dead and used as a pull handle inside the room if required.

A pinch grip handle on the outside to pull the door closed.
